The arc screen is an economical and practical solid-liquid separation.
The arc screen is mainly used in coal preparation plant and concentrator to dehydrate, desliming, desliming and classifying slime recovery. The sieve seat is a rotating sieve seat, which is composed of upside-down turning hinge and rolling bearing seat with planar rotation. The upside-down turning hinge makes the sieve body adjustable to install inclination angle. The rotating rolling bearing seat can rotate the sieve plane 180 degrees, which ensures that the arc sieve plate can be symmetrical and interchangeable. Effectively improve the utilization rate of sieve plate.
The sieve box is made of steel plate with delta=10MM, which is formed by folding plate and welded together. Material Q235. The sieve box was sprayed with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant armor paint for automobile chassis.
The arc sieve plate is a slit sieve plate welded by wedge-shaped non-magnetic stainless steel wire and T-shaped stainless steel wire by automatic resistance welding. The sieve plate baffle is made of 8 mm stainless steel plate. The sieve plate has the advantages of high opening rate, demineralization, good dehydration effect and long service life.
The feeding box is composed of feeding distribution box and feeding adjusting device. It is made of high quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant NM360 alloy structural steel plate. This steel plate has super hardness (HB360-430), so it does not need to paste other wear-resistant materials, and greatly improves the service life of the feeding box.
The arc screen is mainly used in industrial arc screen machine.
